No requests to promote your event to our mailing list outside the monthly mailing list are allowed.

List your company / band / venue / service for free.
Let your service, voice, skills and more be visible to the public and the greater event industry.

Town / district sponsor
- A town / district sponsor will have their logo visible on every event page of the specific town.
- The logo will also be included on all monthly event mailings for the 12 month period.
This will be for an annual amount per town.
R1 000 per month (R12 000 py)

Regional sponsor
- A regional sponsor will have their logo visible on every event page of the specific region as well as every town’s event pages within that region.
- The logo will also be included on all monthly event mailings for all the towns within the region for the 12 month period.
- RSA regions
– Northern region (Gauteng, Limpopo & Mpumalanga)
– Central region (Free State, North-West & the Northern Cape)
– Eastern region (KwaZulu-Natal)
– South-Eastern region (Eastern & Western cape)
This will be for an annual amount per town.

Cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel any service, please inform us in writing @ connect@eventmeerkat.com
Town mail and Showcase mail cancelations that are received within 30 calendar days of the mail being sent out will have a 10% cancellation fee applicable.
Regional sponsorship cancellations will have to be received with at least 60 calendar days notice. If not the monthly fee will be charged for the two remaining payments.
